The main purpose of the “Senior DevOps Support Engineer ” position is responsible for setup/maintenance development tools (container orchestration platform, tracking, monitoring, logging, etc.), deploying product updates and identifying production issues.
Location: Head Office-Phnom Penh
Duties and Responsibilities
.Understanding the needs of IT Infrastructure and conveying this to developers.
.Build and setting up new development tools and infrastructure: Kubernetes or Docker Platform, File Share server like NFS or Cephas, Logging system like ELK Stack.
.Monitor, Tracking and Alert system like Prometheus, Alert Manager, Grafana…Etc.
.Setting up CICD tools like Jenkins or Tekton and Implement CICD Pipeline.
.Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes.
.Convince/Coach development team to adapt DevOps culture and technologies.
.Perform other task as assigned by supervisor or management.

.Experienced with Docker, Kubernetes Platform and Linux Administrator.
.Good knowledge of software installation and security patch update.
.Good knowledge of Microservices, DNS and Load Balancing.
.Good knowledge of CICD pipeline like Jenkins, Tekton.
.Good knowledge of web and application server like Apache, Nginx, JBOSS, etc.
.Good knowledge of Ruby, Python, Shell Script and Infrastructure as code like ansible or terraform.
.Proficient with git and git workflows.
.Problem-solving attitude.
.Collaborative team spirit.
.At least 2 years of experience as DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
.Experienced with Docker, Kubernetes Platform and Linux Administrator.
